Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1949.1: Reimbursement under medical or hospital insurance plan

Nothing in the Licensed Behavioral Practitioner Act shall be

construed to require reimbursement under the policies of health

insurers and nonprofit hospital or medical service plans unless the

contract specifically calls for reimbursement to licensed behavioral

practitioners.
