Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-2039: Where respiratory practice may be performed

The practice of respiratory care may be performed in any clinic,

physician's office, hospital, nursing facility, private dwelling or

other place in accordance with the prescription or verbal order of a

physician, and shall be performed under the supervision of a

qualified medical director or physician licensed to practice

medicine or surgery in this state.
