Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-328.48: Annual statement of receipts and expenditures

It shall be the duty of the Board of Dentistry, annually, to

have prepared a statement showing the total amount of receipts and

expenditures of the Board for the preceding twelve (12) months. The

statement shall be properly certified under oath by the president

and Executive Director of the Board to the Governor and may be sent

electronically.
