Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-353.16A: Incapacity of pharmacist - Effect on license

The Board may refuse to issue or renew, or may suspend, revoke

or restrict the license of any pharmacist because of incapacity of a

nature that prevents such pharmacist from engaging in the practice

of pharmacy with reasonable skill, competence and safety to the

public.
