Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-396.24: Violations - Penalties

Any person, firm, association or corporation who violates any of

the provisions of the Funeral Services Licensing Act shall be deemed

guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, be punished

by a fine of not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or by

imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or by both such fine

and imprisonment.
