Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-485: Organization - Officers

The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision shall elect

a president and a vice-president each year. If either office

becomes vacant during that year, an election to fill the vacancy

shall be held at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board.
