Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-603: Positions and salaries

The Board of Examiners in Optometry shall create positions, make

the appointment, and unless otherwise provided by act of the

Legislature, shall fix the salary of officials, attorneys and other

employees necessary to perform the duties imposed upon the Board of

Examiners in Optometry by law, payable from the appropriations made

by this act for such services provided in Section 2.
