Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-887.8: Issuance of license - Reexamination

The Board shall issue an appropriate license to each applicant

who successfully passes the examination in accordance with standards

promulgated by the Board and who otherwise complies with the

provisions of the Physical Therapy Practice Act.

Any applicant who fails to pass the examination may request to

retake the examination in accordance with standards established by

the Board.
