Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-888.11: Fees

The Board shall prescribe and publish, in the manner established

by its rules and regulations, fees in the amounts determined by the

Board for the following:

1. Initial license fee;

2. Renewal of license fee; and

3. Late renewal fee.
