Where this section sits in the code

Insofar as the provisions of Section 11 of this act are in

conflict with Section 651 or Section 1105 of Title 11, Oklahoma

Statutes 1951, or any other prior legislative enactment, the

provisions of Section 11 hereof shall prevail.
