Okla. Stat. tit. 6, § 6-1305: Lease to minor

A lessor may lease a safe deposit box to or accept property for

safekeeping from a minor, and, in connection therewith, deal with

him to the same effect as if dealing with a person of full legal

capacity, unless and until his guardian files with the lessor a

certified copy of the order of a district court appointing him and

directs otherwise.
