Okla. Stat. tit. 6, § 6-1311: Limitation of liability - Requirements or policies

Any lessor renting safe deposit boxes may by contract limit its

liability and may make requirements or policies for the conduct of

the business. Such requirements or policies shall be reduced to

writing and delivered to the lessee. Any limitations as to

liability shall be in printing or writing of the same size and type

as the other provisions of the contract.
