Okla. Stat. tit. 6, § 6-2015: Partial invalidity - Right of alteration, amendment or

repeal.

(A) If any provision of this act, or the application thereof to

any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the

act, and the application of such provisions to other persons or

circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.

(B) The right to alter, amend, or repeal this act or any part

thereof, or any charter issued pursuant to the provisions of this

act, is expressly reserved.
