Okla. Stat. tit. 60, § 60-164: Trust as furtherance of public function

The uses and purposes of the said Oklahoma Ordinance Works

Authority Trust are hereby declared to be in furtherance of a public

function and purpose and vital to the public welfare of the people

of Oklahoma, and all actions heretofore taken by said authority are

hereby in all respects approved and ratified.
