Okla. Stat. tit. 60, § 60-175.38: Resignation of trustee

Upon petition of any trustee of an express trust, a court having

jurisdiction may accept his resignation, and discharge him from the

trust upon such terms as the rights of the persons interested in the

execution of the trust may require.
