Okla. Stat. tit. 60, § 60-301.13: Charitable organizations administering trusts that are

not charitable trusts.

Charitable organizations administering trusts that are not

charitable trusts as defined in this act as of ninety (90) days

after the effective date of this act or September 1, 1997, whichever

date is the first to occur, shall be permitted to continue

administering those trusts until these trusts terminate.
