Okla. Stat. tit. 60, § 60-76: Construction in accordance with cy pres doctrine

To effectuate the provisions hereof, all courts of this state

are, within their otherwise jurisdictional limits, hereby granted

the power to reform or construe interests in real or personal

property, as provided in Section 1 hereof, in accordance with the

doctrine of cy pres.
