Okla. Stat. tit. 61, § 61-17: Presumption as to consent to jurisdiction of Oklahoma

courts.

Any contractor doing business in this state shall be presumed to

have consented to the jurisdiction of any court of this state where

the work is being done and service may be obtained upon any agent or

employee of said contractor.
