Okla. Stat. tit. 61, § 61-316: Payment of proceeds into Maintenance of State Buildings

Revolving Fund.

All proceeds derived from any royalty under such leases or any

bonus received from the sale of such leases shall be paid into the

Maintenance of State Buildings Revolving Fund of the state but this

section shall not be a part of any contract with any lessee

hereunder.
