Okla. Stat. tit. 61, § 61-62.1: Contracts to be in accordance with Public Building

Construction and Planning Act.

Except as provided by Sections 61 and 62 of this title and in

addition to other statutory requirements, all construction manager,

consultant, and construction contracts shall be in accordance with

the provisions of the Public Building Construction and Planning Act.
