Okla. Stat. tit. 61, § 61-63: Ownership and control of plans, etc

All drawings, plans, specifications, reports, and models made by

a construction manager or consultant for a state agency shall be the

property of this state and shall be delivered to the state as

directed by the terms of the contract.
