Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-117: Fee for transfer

The State Treasurer shall be entitled to receive from the owner

of the bonds transferred under this act a fee of fifty cents ($0.50)

for each One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) face value of bonds so

transferred.
