Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-2010: Matching funds not to be required

No entity which qualifies for funds pursuant to Section 2006 of

this title shall be required to provide matching funds or to provide

equivalent value in order to obtain available funds or funds for

planning expenditures.
