Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-213: Failure or refusal to file reports - Misdemeanor

Any official of either of the boards hereinbefore named who

shall fail, neglect or refuse to make and file any report or pay the

fees provided for herein shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and

in addition thereto shall be removed from his office.
