Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-2403: Promulgation of rules

The State Treasurer may promulgate rules and establish processes

and procedures as needed to implement and administer the provisions

of the Invest In Oklahoma Act, provided such rules, processes, and

procedures do not conflict with or contradict directives or

limitations established by Invest in Oklahoma Board.
