Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-305.2: Definitions

The term "municipality" as used herein shall include any county,

school district, city or town, and the term "governing board" shall

include the board of county commissioners of a county, the board of

education or district board of any school district, the city council

of a city, and the board of trustees of a town.
