Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-325: County fair fund - Use of surplus to pay warrants

Any cash surplus over and above the estimated needs for the

current fiscal year in the county fair fund of any county of this

state may be used to pay any outstanding warrants of any previous

fiscal year.
