Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.71: Procedure to issue payment for goods and services

The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services

shall establish a procedure to issue payment of a proper invoice for

goods or services within no more than forty-five (45) days from the

date on which the invoice was received in the office designated by

the agency to which the goods or services were sold and delivered.
