Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.79: Transportation preaudit and settlement system for claims

and payments.

A. The Department of Transportation may establish a preaudit

and settlement system for claims and payments of state-funded

contractor estimates and right-of-way payments.

B. Nothing in this section shall modify or alter condemnation

proceedings as provided by law.
