Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-359: Expenses

The governing board of any county, city, town, school district

or any other political subdivision of the state is hereby authorized

to pay all expenses incident to the issuance of any general

obligation bonds, including fees for legal or other assistance in

the preparation of proceedings therefor, same to be paid from the

proceeds of such bonds, or from any other monies legally available.
