Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-4002: Oklahoma Centennial Botanical Garden Authority - Bonds

The Oklahoma Centennial Botanical Garden Authority shall not

issue bonds until such time as the Legislature has determined by

concurrent resolution that sufficient monies will be available to

make payments for the purpose of retiring resulting obligations.
