Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.151: Sale and issuance of bonds authorized - Amount

The State of Oklahoma Building Bonds Commission is hereby

authorized and directed to sell and issue Series B of the State of

Oklahoma Building Bonds of 1968 in the principal sum of Twenty-six

Million Seventy-eight Thousand Dollars ($26,078,000.00) on or about

October 15, 1970, under the terms and conditions of Chapter 339,

O.S.L.1969 (62 O.S.Supp.1969, Sections 57.121 - 57.136), except

where such terms and conditions are superseded by the provisions of

this act.
