Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.164: Bids

The State of Oklahoma Building Bonds Commission may reject all

bids for such bonds if, in the judgment of the Commission, the

interest rate is unfavorable and there is a substantial prospect

that a more favorable interest rate can be obtained at a later time,

in which event the Commission shall readvertise and reoffer such

bonds all in accordance with the provisions of said Sections 57.121

through 57.136, Title 62, Oklahoma Statutes.
