Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.190: Federal aid and assistance

Any funds appropriated by Sections 6 and 7 of this act may be

used in conjunction or cooperation with any federal agency or

instrumentality under such terms and conditions as may be necessary

to obtain grants of federal aid and assistance, and it shall be the

duty of such institutions to make a bona fide attempt to obtain such

federal aid and assistance.
