Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.51: Intent and purpose

It is the intent and purpose of this act to vitalize Section 36

of Article X of the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma, adopted

at the special election held for such purpose on the 3rd day of

December 1963, and to invoke and exercise the powers conferred upon

the Legislature thereby.
