Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.82: Agency for issue and sale - Institutional bonds of 1965

That the State of Oklahoma Building Bonds Commission, created by

Title 62, Oklahoma Statutes 1961, Section 57.1, acting for and on

behalf of the State of Oklahoma shall be the agency by and through

which the State of Oklahoma shall issue and sell a portion of the

"State of Oklahoma Institutional Bonds of 1965" authorized and

directed by said House Bill No. 1122.
