Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-576: Exceptions

Where this section sits in the code

The provisions of this act shall not apply to any bond issue

approved by the qualified electors of any governmental entity prior

to the effective date of this act nor to any bond or bonds issued

pursuant to Article 10, Section 35 of the Oklahoma Constitution.
