The provisions of the Oklahoma Housing Reinvestment Program Act

shall cease to be effective January 1, 2013; provided, any exemption

granted pursuant to the Oklahoma Housing Reinvestment Program Act

prior to January 1, 2013, which will extend for a period of time

after such date shall remain eligible for such exemption for the

period of time and under the terms and conditions under which it was

originally granted.
