Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-891.4: Applicability of Oklahoma Development Finance Authority

Act.

Unless otherwise provided by the terms, definitions or other

provisions of the Oklahoma Community Economic Development Pooled

Finance Act, the powers, rights, duties and limitations applicable

to the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority pursuant to the

provisions of the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority Act shall

be applicable to the Authority and transactions conducted pursuant

to the Oklahoma Community Economic Development Pooled Finance Act.
