Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-90.7: Rules and forms

The Department, in consultation with the State Banking

Commissioner, shall promulgate rules and prescribe forms to

implement the provisions of the Rural Economic Development Loan Act,

which shall include, but not be limited to, those necessary to

effect contractual arrangements between participating financial

institutions pursuant to the making and collection of loans pursuant

to the provisions of subsection B of Section 90.6 of this title.
