Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-90.9: Employment created not to be counted in determination of

gross payroll.

No employment created pursuant to the provisions of this act

shall be counted in a determination of “gross payroll” pursuant to

the Oklahoma Quality Jobs Program Act, the Saving Quality Jobs Act,

the Former Military Facilities Development Act or the Small Employer

Quality Jobs Incentive Act.
