Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-916: Fees for permits

The fee for the issuance of a permit, and for each renewal of

such permit, to operate a bottled water plant shall be Twenty-five

Dollars ($25.00). All permits and permit renewals shall expire on

June 30 of each year following the date of issue.
