Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1099: Appeals

Any person or business concern aggrieved by final administrative

determination, as provided by the Administrative Procedures Act,

concerning eligibility for relocation payments authorized by this

act may appeal such determination to the district court of the

district in which the land taken for public use is located or in

which the project is conducted.
