Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-123.7: Deposit of monies

Any fees, administrative penalties or any other monies obtained

by the Department of Mines pursuant to the Oklahoma Explosives and

Blasting Regulation Act shall be deposited in the Department of

Mines Revolving Fund and shall be expended by the Department of

Mines for implementation and enforcement of this part or as

otherwise deemed necessary by the Department for complying with its

responsibilities and duties according to law.
