Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-124.1: Administration and enforcement - Personnel

The State Fire Marshal Commission shall:

1. Promulgate rules for the administration and enforcement of

this division;

2. Administer the provisions hereof, pursuant to said rules;

and

3. Employ such agents and clerical help as may be necessary for

such purpose.
