Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-124.6: Inspection of premises

The Fire Marshal and any assistants of the Fire Marshal may,

during normal business hours, inspect any building, structure or

premises of any person subject to the provisions of this division,

and shall, upon the discovery of any violation of this division or

rules promulgated hereunder, issue such orders as are necessary for

the safety of occupants and the public.
