Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2072: Establishment and operation of centers

The State Department of Health is authorized to establish family

planning Centers. These centers may be operated as a part of the

services of a county, district, cooperative or city-county

department of health, or may be operated directly by the State

Department of Health, or by the State Department of Health in

cooperation with nongovernmental agencies or organizations.
