Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2220.1: Short title

This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Cheryl Selman

Organ Donor Education and Awareness Act”. Any references in the

statutes to the Oklahoma Organ Donor Education and Awareness Program

Act shall be deemed references to the Cheryl Selman Organ Donor

Education and Awareness Act.

There is hereby created the Organ Donor Education and Awareness

Program (ODEAP), the purpose of which shall be to promote and

encourage organ donor education and awareness in this state.
