Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2220.6: Education and awareness curricula for elementary and

secondary schools.

The State Superintendent of Public Instruction shall develop and

implement in conjunction with the State Department of Health an

organ donor education and awareness curriculum for use in the

elementary and secondary schools of this state. The State Board of

Education shall promulgate rules to enact the provisions of this

section not later than the 2001-2002 school year.
