Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2603: Payment for services

The spouse, parents or legal guardian of the minor shall not be

liable for payment for any health services provided under the

authority of this act, unless they shall have expressly agreed to

pay for such care. Minors consenting to health services shall

thereby assume financial responsibility for the cost of said

services except those who are proven unable to pay and who receive

the services in public institutions.
